Globalb was created as a response to the brain-drain challenge in the Albanian home countries. It views this problem as a key challenge for maintaining and boosting further progress. The need for an Albanian Diaspora Network was perceived as imperative and Globalb aims to provide this, and more. Globalb is registered as a Charitable Company with its headquarters based in London. Globalb is and will actively continue to welcome new members across borders with individuals and cooperate with organisations.
