Globalb’s short terms goals are as follows:
• To organise the TV, video conference talk-shows in 15 different countries where the Albanian Diaspora resides.
• Bring the Diaspora closer to their home countries through media.
• To extend its membership across the Albanian Diaspora and in the Albanian home countries.
• To promote Globalb and its initiatives globally and locally

Globalb’s long terms are as follows:
• To establish a platform for knowledge transfer among the Albanian nationals in Diaspora and those living in home countries.
• To use the brain gain to guide policy making when possible.
• To establish links and work closely with existing NGO’s and organisations in Diaspora and the Albanian home countries as well as governmental institutions in the Albanian home countries.
• To lobby the Albanian home countries’ government when issues and concerns arise.
• To serve as a Diaspora Network Centre for business and economic development both for investment in the Albanian home countries and for individual business opportunities to export or enter the international trade market.
• To cooperate and work closely with the media sector to raise awareness of Diaspora’s influence and contribution to the Albanian home countries of origin.
